Orders may be shipped through DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, postal services, or other trusted international logistics providers, depending on the destination, product type, package weight, and selected shipping method.
DJ Autotech may be unable to accept, process, or deliver orders to countries and regions that are subject to international sanctions, export controls, courier restrictions, or other applicable legal requirements.

Customs clearance time is not included in the estimated delivery timeframe. Delivery may take longer if a shipment is held for inspection, documentation review, tax collection, or other customs procedures.
For destinations that are not covered by our standard shipping methods, DJ Autotech may be able to arrange an alternative or individual delivery solution upon request.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, except where applicable law states otherwise.

For damaged parcels, customers should retain the original packaging and provide clear photographs or videos showing:

The shipping label
The internal packaging

Any missing or damaged accessories
DJ Autotech will investigate the issue with the courier and take reasonable steps to assist in resolving the claim.
Customers should not discard the original packaging until the investigation has been completed.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs charges, or inability to contact the recipient, the customer may be responsible for:

Re-delivery costs
Customs charges
Courier handling fees
Other expenses associated with the returned shipment
Customers should contact DJ Autotech immediately if they discover an error in their delivery information. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect the shipment.
Customers should inspect the package and products promptly after delivery.
If the package appears damaged, opened, resealed, or tampered with, the customer should document its condition before opening it.
Where possible, the customer should notify the courier at the time of delivery and request that the damage be recorded.
Signing for a shipment without noting visible damage may affect the ability to submit a courier claim.
